Is anyone on the list interested in Myron Hawley Schoolcraft (1851-1941), Stanbridge, Quebec? When Ethel Diel was publishing her Schoolcraft Newsletter she included a photograph of his home that is believed to have been taken about 1908 as his adopted daughter (previously his niece), Estella Primmerman, is shown in the foreground. On a recent trip to Stanbridge I re-photographed the farm from the same viewpoint. It is as though time had stood still for the last 100 years except for the tree growth.
