Several branches of my families went to Essex County in the 1830's -- SALLS, PATTERSON, YOUNG, TRYON and TALLMAN. I also know that some KEETS moved there, too. They were not my direct lines, but these branches settled in the area of Westport, Willsboro, Jay, Au sable and Elizabethtown.
