Thank you all for your prompt response to my query about searching National Archives vs Eastern Townships facilities. It appears I have no reason to go to the National Archives in Ottawa, so will be able to spend my time with relations, dead or alive, in Ontario and the Eastern Townships. Thanks again everyone!
