While at the National Archives in Waltham, Massachusetts, I pulled a border crossing card from St. Albans, VT for a David OFFICER. The card lists his birthplace as St. Sebastian (no province or county listed). I cannot locate a St. Sebastian anywhere on any map. Was there a town named St. Sebastian that has changed its name? Is St. Sebastian a part of another town? Is it listed wrong? FYI- David OFFICER later settled in Sutton, Brome Co., Quebec. I assume it would be near that, but possibly not.
