Hi David, Depending on where you live, you might be able to borrow these films on the inter-library loan system. Or perhaps at a local Family History Center, they might have them on hand. Or I guess the other alternative would be to check at the regional Archive centers to see if they have them as well. If all else fails, perhaps contact Library and Achives Canada http://www.collectionscanada.ca/index-e.html. They might be able to either help you or re-direct you.
