Recently someone asked about Inverness newspapers. There were three that I am aware of. The Megantic Argus was edited by A D Campbell about 1867. The Inverness Review was started on July 1 1887 and was published about 3 years. The Megantic mentioned above refers to Megantic County and not the Lake Megantic area. I have been unable to locate any copies of the above mentioned newspapers. The Megantic Edition of the Montreal Gazette was edited by Rev H A Dickson. It was published from 1899 to 1910.
