I have a copy of the 1825 census. It's a real eyestrain. There are ten pages. 1831 is more legible. I also have a copy of that. That one runs to about 20 pages. I've sent you a separate email concerning these pages. The only other item that might help is dated Jan 1804. St. Armand used to have two east-west roads. In 1804 they voted on which road to make permanent and to discontinue the other. The resulting document contains a list of all heads of households in the town at that time.
