I have considerable information on the Davol family that changed their name to Dee in the late 1700's. They were from Connecticut but Elijah Dee settled in Georgia Vermont about 1790 (he was my great great great grandfather). Many of his descendants came to Missisquoi County. Your Sarah Dee does not appear to be from this family, unless she was a widow and Dee was her married name.
