Don't see any connection with my family. The Meehan's arrived in Megantic County around 1844. Married into the Mimnaugh, Hughes, Doherty, Ward, Sullivan, Cooliphan, Watts, Forbes, & Kelly families. We did have a Mary Meehan born in 1862 who married Robert Kilpatrick Jr. who ended up in Lawrence, Mass. as Chief of Police and they had a son named Robert. But this doesn't appear to be a connection unless it's a cousin.
