    1. [QC-ETANGLO] Quebec Civil War Vets - Pension info? -KERR
    2. Hi all, I've been hunting for info on an Quebec ancestor from the Lennoxville area named James Kerr that enlisted in the civil war. I don't know his regiment but I found one listing on ancestry.com in the pension records, images online that might be his. It gives application and certificate numbers and I am hoping there is a way to track those? What it says: Kerr, James; Widow Kerr, Catharine M. Under Service it says: D. 5 Marine Inf. Date of filing: 1879 Dec 10 application number 325.182 and certificate number of 233.467 Date: 1886? Widow applied # 351.879, certificate # 265.322; under state from which filed it says CANADA. Any idea where I would go to pull those application and certificate numbers? Thanks for any help, Joan Miller Calgary, Alberta luxe@techie.com - ------------------------------------------------- Get free personalized email at http://www.iname.com
