Hello Could anyone tell me please if Oliver Newell (b 1781) and Eliza Cowie (b 1785?) are the parents of Herbert Perico (Perigo) Newell (1823-1892) who was the husband of Amelia M E Sargent? H P Newell was buried in Dunham. His birth place is unknown. Any information would be appreciated. Paula Oneal
