I am searching for information on unclaimed land, deeds for the area of Armstrong, Lake Portage, Québec...just about 5 minutes south of St. George de Beauce, Québec. There has always been a family rumour, that there was an unclaimed deed/unclaimed land, in this area, and I am trying out how I would find out if there are still any unclaimed land....or specifically how I can trace the transfer of land grants in the Beauce... another ie. There is a property at Lake Portage, Québec, just outside of Armstrong, Québec, 5 minutes south of Québec City, I am trying to find out when this property came into the hands of the owners, and if anyone owned the land before them, and if so who.... can anyone tell me anything about this....or have any suggestions as to whom I may contact?
