Hello, My great grandfather's name was Charles Obadiah Clemons he was born in Bolton, QC on Feb. 14,1846 My great-great grandparents were Hiram Hoyt Clemons and Caroline Victoria Bunker. Hiram was born in Vermont in 1843 and Caroline born in Bolton in 1845. Hiram's parents were Charles Clement and Virginie J. Tremblay. The Clemons family moved to Minnesota around 1870, where they were Free Baptists. I'm trying to find Clemons(Clement) family from the Bolton area and more information on Viriginie's gravesite and this line of the Tremblay family. It's believed that Virginie pass away between 1870-1878, but I haven't been able to find out where. She was born in Baie-St-Paul, Charlevoix Co., Quebec, Canada around 1812. Her parents Christophe Tremblay and Therese Deschenes were married May 15 1809 in St-Anne-de-la-Pocatiere, Kamouraska Co, Quebec, Canada. I do not know who Virginie's siblings were, but Charles and Virginie had 10 children (please see below). Charles Clemons Mary Ann Clemons Iberiah A. Clemons Hiram Hoyt Clemons Ephraim Clemons Louisa C. Clemons Lovinia Sofronia Clemons Virginia Clemons Lucinda J. Clemons (it's believed Lucinda married Caroline Victoria Bunker's father Nathaniel Obidiah Bunker after her mother Lucinda Gay's passing) Asa Clemons Any information that I might like to share, would be very much appreciated! Regards, K'Lynn
