Every family history center is supposed to have a complete subscription to it. However, there may be some that don't given limited Internet capabilities--so call first. I have the US membership so I can't access those census records. I think that one is another $120 or so. This may force my hand eventually - haven't had much push for their records up to this point since 1881, 1901 and 1911 are available elsewhere.
