Interestingly enough, I called the local library to see if they had a copy and the answer was no. Beyond that they weren't much help locating it either. However, I contacted the Hesburgh Library at the University of Notre Dame and although they did not have it either, they were able to locate the nearest copy. Of all places, Kokomo, Indiana! About 2 1/2 hours one way. Does anyone have the email address for the publishing company. I'd like to send them a nice message to help encourage them to publish a fifth addition. I think that most of us have something we could contribute to improve on the previous addition and that could make it worth their while to print an updated edition.
