    3. In reference to Mary Emily (Mollie) Nail Md. Jasper Garney Pyle Dec. 24, 1880 Fannin Co. Texas. (Daughter) Wynne Belle Pyle. Granddaughter of William H.(Bill) and Celia (Terry) Nail. Wynne Pyle, concert pianist, played command performances before the crown heads of Europe and was in demand all over the united States. She played with all the noted symphonys in the States. Her appearance in New York, as written in the newspaper, "The Morning Telegraph", Sunday, August 3, 1919, Fort Worth, Texas. "Beautiful, Wynne Pyle, the Texas Pianist, is to be engaged with the New York Symphony Orchestra, as a Major soloist. Miss Pyle has a fine, strong almost masculine tone, and she has played with practically every large Orchestra in America. In addition, she achieved distinction with European Orchestras, in the days preceding the War." The newspaper clipping appears with a picture of the group. Wynne Pyle, was a beautiful woman, with what appears to be jet black hair, and wearing the dress of the '20s which is loose fitting, long-waisted and comes to the ankles. She appears to be a tall slender woman, with graceful lines. Harold Bauer, appears to be a bit on the heavy side, round full face with his hair much like one would picture a concert pianist, full and slightly long. When Mrs. Oradel (Nuhn) Goodpasture was a child, she took piano lessons from Wynne Pyle's cousin, Elizabeth Mary (Lizzie) Pyle of Ladonia, Fannin county Texas. She remembers that Wynne sent Lizzie all her stage gowns and Lizzie has closets full of the most beautiful clothes you ever saw, but having nowhere to wear them, she kept them. Oradel also remembers that Oradel was not the best of students when it came to studying her music, so Lizzie would encourage and bribe her with the promise of giving her some of Wynne's music which has her signature on the sheets. My mother, Annie Lee Pyle McCoy copied everything she could find on the Pyles, whether they were her family or not. Jshether
