My PILES line started in Muskingum Co, Ohio went to Indiana and then settled in Schuyler Co, Illinois around 1880. Joshua PILES was born May, 1831 in Ohio. He married Caroline SHUE same place on Jan 27, 1853. Children born in Ohio were Isabella, William and Theodore, my G-grandfather. In Indiana they had five daughters: Jane, Harriett, Rosa, Emma and Emily. I don't know who William or the five daughters married. Thepdore married Sarah LAMBERT from Brown Co, Ill and Isabella married Stephen DOUGLAS. I don't know if we have any connections or not. Les Lee
