While I was at the library today I recopied the Index for the Virginia 1820 Census even though it is reproduced in H.PYLES Bluebook. The thing that caught my eye was that in the PYLE bluebook there is only one Zachariah listed, in Hampshire Co. The record I copied shows Zacheriah (sic) in Monongalia Co. Are these father and son? The same ones that were in my post a few days ago re: Zachariahs will in 1840? The will was filed in Monongalia and Green Cos. for the elder Zachariah as stated in the bluebook. Was the son in Hampshire in 1820? BTW, there are three John Piles/Pyles listed in three different W.Va. counties as CSA soldiers. Sara
