I have some information on a Joshua Pyle. I do not know where he fits in but I thought I would pass this along. He served in the military during the Civil War. Joshua Pyle, Company B, 12th Virginia Light Infantry He enlisted in the Virginia Rebel Army on Dec. 8, 1862. Since W. Virginia seceeded from Va. and became a new state in 1863, he was mustered out of the Union Army on July 6, 1865. He lived in Allen County, Kansas near Salina. I received this from a relative.
