Anne, From the standpoint of providing names, dates and locations, these may provide leads or clues for further research to someone. As you know, anything that is undocumented is simply unproven and must be, in order to be accepted as fact. In cases where there are no records available for a particular individual but there is documentation for a known sibling, the record may be established by first getting documentation on the sibling, then linking them. Documentation may be as simple as an entry in the old family Bible. Your statement about your father's name is a type of documentation. All I am saying is, that we may share whatever information we want with other people but the facts must be proven. (;-> Sara
