I believe Thomas is s/o Hunter Piles (ca 1765-ca 1847) & his first wife, Christina -----; Hunter Piles is s/o John Pyles, Jr. (1727- 1801) & Jemima Moxley Windsor -they moved from Loudoun Co., VA to Monongalia (now Preston) Co., WV; John Jr. was s/o John Pyles, Sr. (ca 1690 Pr. Georges Co., MD-1735) & Mary Hunter, d/o William; John Pyles, Sr. was s/o Francis Piles. See my earlier post on this list on line of Francis Piles.
