I am a direct descendant of Richard and Lavina Piles. Richard was born somewhere in North Carolina in 1804. He and Lavina are both buried in the Price Cemetary about 2 miles outside of Redford, Missouri. There are many other Piles buried in this cemetary. Some of which were born somewhere in Illinois.
