Pyle Trivia- Evidently there were some prominent Pyles in Mineola, Wood Co., TX. I remember seeing a posting earlier about Bernard Pyle in Wood Co.,. If it was Wood Co., TX, then perhaps this was where he lived or some of his relatives. There is a Pyle House on their historic homes register, and it may be a Bed and Breakfast, I'm not sure. They are very proud of it, according to the Mineola Webpage. Check it out................
