Abner and Susannah had the following children: Madison Pyles, b. 1809 in Laurens Co.,SC, d. 1890 in ARK. unknown dau., b. @1810,d, 1820. Laurens,SC Susannah Pyles, b. 26 Dec. 1812 in Laurens,SC,married John TRIBBLE, b. 12 Sep.1812,d.04 July 1900. Susannah died 17 Jan. 1858 and is buried in Old Huntsville Cem, Laurens, SC. Susannah and John had one dau, Emma. Atteline Pyles, b. @1814 in Laurens Co.,SC, died 1825. Betsy Pyles, b. @1815, Laurens,SC., Died 1825. Thomas Jefferson Pyles, b. 1821, d. est 1822-1911. With Susannah now dead in 1821, married Elizabeth "Frankie" STONE, est. b. 1777-1804, d. est 1827-1892. They had one child: Cecelia Pyles, b. March 1823, d. est 1824-1917. *************** Now, to return to Newton Pyles from pt. 1 of this post. Newton Pyles, b. 11 April 1805, married Permelia C. GARY, b. 03 Dec. 1817, near Clinton, Laurens, SC. d. 03 May 1846; dau of Numan GARY and Elizabeth READER, and they had the following children: Laura Pyles, b. est 1829-1846, d. est 1835-1934. Marion Pyles, b. " " " " " " Leander H. Pyles, b. 24 Oct. 1834,, d. 20 Oct. 1837. After Permelia GARY died and was buried in the Pyles Cem., Newton married Permelia Frances MCDOWELL on 06 Nov. 1856.
