I fiddled with the URL, but got the same response. This can happen if there is a break anywhere from your computer to your server to their server. They may also put the site down if there is massive updating to be done, and this is often done late after business hours, so the computers are not tied up and staff and customers or patrons are not inconvenienced. The system might be out of order, or there is a power outage. Linda
