Dave, Well, that is an idea. Of course, there are a few errors in the book itself. Pages need renumbering, a few typos, etc. What I am hoping is that Howard might let me borrow a copy (unbound) of the manuscript to have copied (on good paper, not slick stuff). Might have to have a size reduction and/or put in two sections if we put it into spirals. Have you ever seen one of the books, Dave? I paid around $80.00 for it quite a few years ago.
