Hi Pyle researchers I remember a Pyle researcher that was doing research in Devon, Eng. I would like to talk to anyone doing research in Devon. I just recently found out birth & death date from tombstone. I looked in LDS & found A Richard Pyle C. 8 Nov 1824 in Alphington, Devon, Eng. If anyone has family there and can confirm part of or not, I would love hearing from you. He came to USA in 1850's. Married Sarah Jane Collingwood. I was wondering if he was only one that came over from Eng. and rest of family stayed there. He went to Stark Co.,Ill 1st and then Kewanee, Ill. Have his children.
