Can anyone help me? According to the information given to me, Harriet Atwood Pyle, was born 13 November 1824, in Maine, daughter of (unkown) Pyle and Margaret Farleigh. She died 24 September 1908, in Humbolt County, Iowa. She appears in the 1900 Census in Kossuth Co., Iowa, Lu Verne Township, where she is residing with her daughter Elizabeth Hughes and Elizabeth's husband Lasley Barton. Harriet married George Arthur Russell Hughes (birthdate and death date unkown) who was reported to have been born in Pennsylvania. Harriett and George were the parents of fourteen children. Some of the children were born in Youngstown, Mohoning Co., Ohio; some in Pennsylvania; some in Illinois; and the last two were born in Iowa. I am descended from their daughter Mary Viola Hughes, born 25 March 1852, in Youngstown, Ohio. I would appreciate any leads. Thank you.
