Hi everyone! My name is Treece Ames and I am researching the Pyle side of my family. I have found many wonderful resources, but still have a "missing link" in my line. My grandmother was Ruth Maie Pyle, her father Aubrey Audrain "Hib" Pyle, mother Emily Adeline Tefertiller. Hib's father was Carter Scogeris Pyle, and that is where my info stops for Hib. Emily Tefertiller's grandmother was Ura Pyle, who had a brother named Carter S. Pyle, so I'm thinking that Hib and Emily may have been cousins; however I can find no info on Carter Scogeris Pyle, so I can't prove this possible connection.
