My Piles were in Macon Co TN --Moses M. According to the James Piles NC will Isaac is the father of my Moses. And, yes, I think they ended up in Illinois because Moses married a Rebecca Hile in IL c1843 and then they end up in Macon Co TN for the 1850 census. Anyone know anything about Moses M. When my grandfather, William Lascassas Piles, was born Moses M. was gone, dead??? Rebecca is shown as head of household in KY 1860 census.
