Hello, I am searching for information on Zachariah Piles and Elilzabath Jones who had the following set of twins. Susannah and Sarah. Zachariah Piles told a Henry Co., IN census taker in 1900 that he was born in West Virginia and both parents were born in Virginia. His wife Elizabeth Jones disappears after the twins are born and I assumed she died as Zachariah stays near the twin daughters. He remarries to an Arabel and was married circa 1885. Where is unknown. They had one daughter named Ida May, who is in the Henry Co., IN census for 1900. with both parents. Family members who knew Susannah Piles do not know of other siblings of the twins. Susie Piles was my Mother's grandmother. Susie married several times. 1. Neil Carter in Miami County, Ohio and had Elsie May. 2. Milton Williams in Henry Co., IN and had four sons. 3. They divorced and she married Milton's friend William H. Thompson. They had a daughter Edith and a daughter Ruby. 4. Edith is my grandmother. Thank you for your time.
