George, Sumner County records say: 1816: John PYLE_ to Sarah ALLEN 24 FEB 1816, David H. WHIPPLE and David CROCKET as bondsmen; 1823: Joshua PYLE_ to Nancy ALLEN 27 MAR 1823, John PYLE as bondsman; 1825: William PILE_ to Margaret ALLEN 16 JUN 1825, "Jeshu" PILE as bondsman. ["Jeshu" is likely "Joshua", but be "Jehu" or "John" as well.] Then in the 1830 Sumner Co census, John PYLE, Joshua PYLE, William PYLE, and a William ALLEN (age 50 to 60 years) live within one census page of one another. John seems to be gone (dead) by 1835. Joshua I don't know about beyond 1830. And you have told me that your William wound up in Christian Co KY by 1850. Jim Smee Pittsburgh PA
