Jim; The information that I have concerning William Pile III comes from a complete group sheet compiled by Margaret Cotton Spiry of Cincinnati, Ohio. In it she tells that The second wife of William was Nancy Keyes whose parents were Humphrey Keyes and Sarah Hall. The children of William Pile III and Lucretia Keyes were- 1. Edward Gant Pile, married Rosannah McMahon. 2. Thomas N. Pile married Polly Crume. 3. Margaret Pile married Owens. 4. Mary Wright Pile married Jacob Pierce. 5. Francis H. Pile maried Elizabeth Partly. 6.Sally Pile. 7. William Pile. 8. Henry G. Pyle married toHannah Duncan. And two children from Nancy Keyes 9. Lucretia Pile born 1812 who married John Merrit and 10. Harrison Pile with no data. I will search for other information I may have concerning William and Nancy. Thanks for your response. You are correct in the fact that no where does it mention that Nancy is a sisiter.
