Francis married Susannah Wiseman in Lawerence County Ohio (1838) and was on the Lawrence County census in 1840, but I have no information about him prior to his arrival in Lawerence County OH. It is believed that he oringinated in Monroe County VA, but this information has not been verified and is accompanied by fals information stating Francis was born c. 1823.
