Hi Everyone, I got a few things to add here: "Mrs, Rosanna Piles, widow of Elisha Piles, died at the home of her son, G. W. Piles, on Doll's Run, Feb. 25, 1891, of old age. She was about 80 years old, and spent 40 years of her life in the Master's cause, being a member of the M. E. Church for that length of time. G." I have listed as other wives: Rosanna Knight. Mary Anderson died in 1836 or 1837, does this fit in with Rosanna Knight. Maybe Mary should be married in another Piles family.

I don't have a birth and death date or marriage date for Rosanna Knight. Many of the Piles married more than twice however and she could be wife #1 or #2. I am looking for information regarding the ancestors of John Pyle (b. 1771/1774, SC) and Mary Maxwell (b. 1774, ???).
