Hi I was wondering if it would be possible for someone who has access to the Tacoma newspaper to look up an obituary for a David Hope died Tacoma, Washington on June 7, 1940. I was also wondering if someone may be able to give me some advice on how I would go about finding a marriage record for a David Hope & Leontine Eckstein in Washington (probably Tacoma) about 1893 All help greatly appreciated.
