I am Kathie Broderson and have been reading messages for a few weeks. This list looks very useful and I hope to be of help to others myself in some way. I am currently on an exciting search of my maternal grandmothers lines, Larson, Griffin and Grinnell. My focus is on the Griffin and Grinnell lines in 1888 right in our own Seattle WA. Before that the Griffin lines came from PA and then on to MN. From what I know the Grinnell line may have come from WI then on to MN and met up with the Griffin line. One most confusing research point right now is how to get death information on someone who died in King Co. between 1889 to may be 1905. That is my window of time to look for George G. Griffins wife Elmo Griffin ( maiden name Grinnell) I have gained much information on George these last two weeks and know that he is buried somewhere in the Seattle area also as his body was sent there from where he died in Mason county. If anyone is researching these lines I'd love to hear from you or if you have some hints on how to proceed with finding George and Elmo's resting place, please shed some light. Thanks, Kathie Broderson
There was a GRINNELL who took wedding pictures for me in 1963 in Seattle, King Co WA. I believe his name was Mark. I can ask my mother-in-law as they were friends of the family. Can you give me more to go on?
