Mr Herman, a caulker, was employed by Argentieri and Colarossi Construction Co. He had been a Seattle resident since 1911. He was born in Russia and came to the United States in 1909, going first to Kansas before moving to Seattle. He was a member of the United Association of the Plumbing and Pipefitting Industry No. 32. Mr. Herman is survived by his wife, Kate; two daughters, Mrs Helen (John F.) Frick and Mrs. Pauline (Morgan) Qualsund; a son, Leo Herman; a brother Henry Herman, and six grandchildren.
