Hi Maxine I just received a reply from Marriage Licenses, 2401 South 35th St, Room 200, Tacoma, WA 98409-7483. Pierce County regarding this marriage registration for David Hope, and L. J. Eckstein. My money order was returned. They said that they did two searches for the record, and it was not found. Do you have any other suggestions as to how I can get a copy of the record?
