Fort Lewis is very close to Puyallup. Even today many people from that area come into Puyallup to go to Good Sam. I assume it might have been the same back then. So, its possible she attended high school somewhere between Puyallup and Fort Lewis. So, any in and around the Puyallup Valley would be a good place to look.
