Ginny: According to the WA State Union List of Newspapers on microfilm Snohomish published a County Tribune weekly and it began in 1889. What I do when I want to order a newspaper film on inter library loan I ask for one from the area that I need and they let you know what they have, and send it to your library for you to read.
