Gloria, Thank you for the census sheets. I had the 60, 70 & 80 census for Emerson but never notice the D in the 1880. I had the feeling that I had the right person and hoping that someone would have a cemetery book for Tacoma that had him listed with a death date. His wife Susannah died in Aug 1950 and I have sent for her obit, hopefully it will give me the name of the cemetery. With Emerson's death date I would order a death certificate to have one more piece of paper stating parentage. Norm
