    3. I found I could not access Heritage Quest because of my Firewall and other security. I also found if I got into the library website, disabled the security, then put in the library number, then into Heritage Quest I could then enable the security again and it would work. I'm just nervous thinking I have no security and being on line. I don't know if this helps or not, but you might try it. Lois theo@cnw.com
