Hi, I am wondering where you are located ? I am also wondering what years of death you are inquiring about. The only way I know of how to do what you are asking for is the Elma Family History Center has a roll of film that has ACTUAL death certificates < You almost must have the death certificate number from the WA state death index, date of death, name, etc. > for a certain number of years.
