    3. Good Day, Was just listening to the NPR Morning Edition and the discussion about our next census. One of the things they mentioned was that our last census cost the most and was the least accurate. One group proposes a sampling process that can be more accurate, they say. The other group says an actual head count is required, otherwise we must change the constition. The first group responds that "that is junk history." The objective is to meet now and over the next few months discussing the choices to get a final decission by next summer. Haven't checked yet, but in an hour or so you should be able to go to the NPR web page; http://www.npr.org/ to hear what was said. Click on programs, then on Morning Edition, then on Listen to latest prog. Scroll down to find the item about Census. My comp can't handle the choice for the "whole" program but can handle one item at a time. Perhaps a few here can write to let them know we don't consider the old census methods "junk history."
