Wendy, have you changed your E-mail address since you subscribed to PSRoots? The computer at <PSRoots-L@request. rootsweb.com> knows you by your address. So when you request "unsubscribe" it looks for your address and if it is not the same as when you subscribed then it says "Your name was not on the list." If this is the case then the only way I know to unsubscribe is to contact Cindy and she will take care of the problem.
