Don McCune was Capt. Puget on the old Seattle Kid's tv show... Ivar Hagland of Ivar's was a regular visiter. Later Don McCune did a 1/2 (?) tv show that covered all sorts of northwest activities. These shows are being re-released by McCune's wife, who is also involved with publishing books of his adventures. One of his shows was about following the Alaskan Gold miners trails through the Yukon into Alaska...
