Wow, Carroll. What a twist on ripping off items from people who have kept them nice for years. It angers me, it is not moral. A little like the minister who became friends with my Mom, took her to her attorney at her request and she made him her administrix of her estate and I was removed from administering, then she had him take her again, and he was mentioned in the will! And, a third time to the attorney's office, where he got everything!!! And, he was in cahoots with a church organization which got her to sell her home and put the money into a "trust". She ended up paying $18,000 capital gains tax (which could have been avoided if done properly) and the slick guys that flew in from NY walked off with a cool $60,000. Legally. When I did some investigating, the police, the attorney general's office in several states, etc. I got a lot of advice but no action. I had to undo a lot of stuff she just trustingly did because she believed in this charlton. Take heed, and take care 'cause there are those who would prey on the elderly and on us too if we aren't careful. Evelyn
