    3. Hi Fredi, That Louis is Leonard and he was skipper of the Lorne and Tees, etc. The Lorne was a Puget Sound Navigation tug but "leased" to a Canadian company to get by Customs. I don't yet know how the name Louis got switched from Leonard but there is no doubt that it is the same person. I have a very good amount of info on the CPR and when he drowned ( court records, etc ) but I am trying to fill in some of the gaps in the early years. I have all the directory info for Victoria but lack Nanaimo (Sp) and also info on 1890s' in Port Townsend, etc. Fred, my father, immigrated to the US in 1926 and was working on the Seattle-Tacoma run ??? I remember him working out of Edmonds (Black Ball) when I was little but prior to that is still a mystery. He drowned in Seattle in 1942 on the tug Annie Foss ( I think) Thanks for the help.. any and all info is gratefully accepted.
