I contacted juno.support via another e-mail account at least 4 times which results in automated "answers" - nothings helpful. 2. So, today, I tried the 1-800-586-6889 for "warm body advice" at $1.95/minute, but Dave after several attempts could not solve it, and told me to load down Juno again with disks. I created a new account, but had to drop of the clark from clarkw7iml@juno.com as the screen told me that that account had already been taken. So, I have a new account, but all of my e-mail, addr. info. is on the inaccesible account. Has anyone else had this experience, and if so I would appreciate advice. So, far, I can't get a human response from Juno to solve the problem.
